Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?

Our factory is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.

Airport: Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport.

Rail Station: Zhengzhou Station

We will pick you up by car from above airport or rail station. You are warmly welcome to visit us at any time.

What methods of payment?

Normally, our payment methods are T/T (30% as deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery), bank transfer, Paypal, Alipay, WeChat. We also accept L/C.

Can I add my logo or brand name? What’s the MOQ?

Yes sure, we can help you to make it and add it on machine according to your request. And we will make your logo draft to confirm with you before printing. MOQ is 1pcs of machine.

What’s the lead time?

For machines in stock, can arrange fast delivery around 3-5 working days after receiving the full payment. In the case of out of stock and large quantity, production time varies about 15-30 working days depending on the situation.

What’s your shipping methods?

Normally, we ship by express and by air for small machines; by sea for big machines; by truck for some countries in Southeast Asia. We will recommend suitable transportation methods based on your requirements and address. Contact sales to get further information.

How long is your warranty and after-sale service?

One-year limited warranty. Additionally, all of our coffee roasting machines come with guaranteed personal support for the roasting machine’s entire lifetime. While it is rare for our machines to face problems, our teams is always available to troubleshoot and answer questions.
